Introducing the MUH PRO Series Unit Heaters. The same great MUH you rely on everyday but now with added safety and control. The new MUH PRO series cones standard with:      

• A disconnect s witch to make maintenance a safe and easy process
• A 24VAC transformer for safer control as well as future proofing in case a low voltage digital thermostat is desired in the future
• A built in single stage thermostat which gives basic control right out of the box

Benefits of the MUH PRO :

• Safety: The integrated disconnect switch and low voltage transformer add additional safety to the base MUH lineup. The disconnect switch gives peace of mind to the maintenance worker because the disconnect switch will cutoff incoming power to the unit so it can be easily repaired. The low voltage transformer no longer requires you to work with line voltage control for easy and safer control

• ​Better Lead Times: The MUH PRO series heater will be a stock roduct so they will have the same lead times as the base MUH models we have today meaning no long wait for configured units!

• Better Pricing: Enjoy the benefits of the three added accessories without the full cost of a similar configured style unit

Designed for rugged duty. Molded from high impact polymer with booted reset and test buttons. At home in hostile environments such as industrial, construction, maintenance and commercial work sites. Provides compliance with National Electric Code (NEC 2008) Article 590.6 for “Temporary Installations.” Rainproof rated, UL listed for outdoor use. Standard lengths:
2’, 6’, and 25’ with corresponding locking connectors. Custom cable gauges, lengths and terminations available by special order. To prevent unmonitored equipment startup, manual reset is required after GFCI trip and power outage.

Southwire's Technology Research Corporation (TRC) GFCI Inline Cord Sets 44700 (120V/30 A)  44720 (240V/30 A) are designed for rugged duty.  Plug and Receptacles are molded from high impact polymer with booted reset and test buttons.  The TRC 44700/44720 series are at home in hostile environments such as industrial, construction, maintenance and commercial work sites. Cord Gauge is 10/3 AWG for maximum strength and durability. Ideal for use by contractors and industrial maintenance personnel working with extension cords or portable tools.  Provides compliance with National Electric Code (NEC 2008) Article 590.6 for Temporary Installations. Applications include: High Pressure Sprayer Washers, Power Tools, Drain Snakes, Pumps, Construction Sites, Industrial Appliances. The TRC GFCI is Rainproof rated, UL listed for outdoor use.  Cord lengths are 2, 6 and 25 feet. The 120 version does not have a 25' length, only 2' and 6'.Voltage rating are 120 and 240 vac, amperage rating is 30, trip level is 4-6mA and has standard 120 or  240 volt NEMA L5 or L6-30 Black Plug & Receptacle. To prevent unmonitored equipment startup, manual reset is required after GFCI trips and power outages or when you unplug and plug back in.
