The Ryamax 1010 is the ideal for use in screen printing, food warming and other low heat applications. The Heater's "sealed face" keeps contaminates away from the heating element, and the metal surface can be easily wiped or brushed clean whenever needed.

 Easy to install and capable of high surface temperatures,
the RAYMAX® 1220 and 2030 are ideal for many process
heating applications requiring “hot-face” temperatures
above 1000°F (540°C).
Each ceramic fiber heater is mounted in a 212 in. (64 mm)
deep sheet metal case providing thermal insulation. The case
includes post terminals for electrical connections and
provides a mounting system that can be used with virtually
any flat ceramic fiber unit. Watt density and temperature
capabilities can be tailored to meet a specific radiant
application for exposed sinuated embedded coil or foil
element configuration.

Specifications 
Weight: Less than 6.5 lbs/ft2 (31.75 kg/m2
Voltage and Wattage: Ratings, up to 600VAC are based on 
the ceramic fiber heater module mounted in the case. 
Terminals: Terminals are 14-20 threaded studs. Two terminals 
plus ground for single-phase, and three terminals plus ground 
for 3-phase are located on the center length line unless 
otherwise specified. Terminals can be positioned anywhere 
along lines A and B (see illustration below), but not closer 
than 2 in. (51 mm) to the case ends. 
Mounting Legs: Mounting legs are available either 
1 in. (25 mm) or 3 in. (76 mm) length. For made-to-order units, 
mounting legs can be supplied in any incremental length L 
from 12 in. (13 mm) to 3 in. (76 mm). Slots are not provided in 
legs less than 1 in. (25 mm) long. 

Application Hints 
A thermocouple mounting clamp is attached to one end of 
the case, with holes on both ends for alternate locations. 
The clamp can be used with 18 in. (3.2 mm) O.D. sheath 
thermocouples. The clamp is 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) high, but 
can be removed for flush mounting*. 
The maximum recommended surface temperature of the 
heater is based on the rating of the ceramic fiber heater 
module. This can vary from 2000°F (1095°C) at lower watt 
densities, to higher watt densities at reduced surface 
temperatures. Note: maximum wattages cannot be achieved 
at the maximum temperatures simultaneously. 
* 1316 in. (4.8 mm) and 14 in. (6 mm) are available upon request.

LittelFuse SSAC Voltage Monitor HLMUDLAAA is a universal voltage monitor. 10 amp output relay rating. The HLM Voltage Monitor senses over or under voltage AND phase unbalance and frequency fluctuations and trips if any go oout of range. The Voltage Monitors are currently made by Little Fuse. UL, CSA and CE. Previous manufacturers were SSAC, Entrelac, ABB and Sycom.

The HLMU Series is a universal voltage, encapsulated, 3-phase voltage monitor. It continuously measures the voltage of each of the three phases with microcontroller accuracy and compares the value to preset trip points. It separately senses phase reversal and loss; over, under and unbalanced voltages; and
over or under frequency. Protection is assured during periods of large average voltage fluctuations, or when regenerated voltages are present. The unit trips within 200ms when phase loss is detected. Adjustable time delays are included to prevent nuisance tripping and short cycling of sensitive equipment. The isolated, 10A, DPDT relay contacts trip when a phase voltage exceeds the trip limits for the trip delay. Nominal line voltage, voltage unbalance, and time delays are knob adjustable. The phase loss setpoint and the acceptable frequency range are fixed. Both delta and wye systems can be monitored; no connection to neutral is required.

Operation
Upon application of line voltage, the output is de-energized
and the restart delay begins. If all the three-phase voltages are within the acceptable range, the output energizes at the end
of the restart delay. The microcontroller circuitry automatically senses the voltage range, and selects the correct operating frequency (50 or 60Hz). The over and under voltage trip points are set at ± 10% of the adjusted line voltage. When the measured value of any phase voltage exceeds the acceptable range limits (lower or upper) the trip delay begins. At the end of the trip delay the output relay de-energizes. If the phase voltage returns to an acceptable value before the trip delay expires, the trip delay is reset and the output remains energized. Under, over, and unbalanced voltages plus over or under frequency must be sensed for the complete trip delay before the unit trips. The unit trips in 200ms when phase loss or reversal are sensed. The unit will not energize if a fault is sensed as the line voltage is applied. 


Reset: Reset is automatic upon correction of the voltage or frequency fault or phase sequence.


Restart Delay Options
L = Lockout or minimum OFF time. The restart delay begins when the output trips. The unit cannot be re-energized until the restart delay is complete. This provides a minimum off time
or lockout time to allow equipment sensitive to short cycling, time to reset. If the fault is corrected after the restart delay is complete, the output energizes immediately. The restart delay also occurs when line voltage is applied/reapplied.
R = Restart Delay on fault correction. The restart delay begins when line voltage is reapplied or when a voltage fault is corrected. This option is normally selected when staggered restarting of multiple motors on a power system is required.
N = No Restart Delay. 0.6 second initialization delay on application of line voltage applies.
Restart Notes: All restart options remain reset when the following conditions are detected:
1. Phase loss (phase unbalance greater than 25%) 2. Average line voltage less than 120VAC
3. Phase reversal

The restart delay begins when the condition is corrected.


LED Operation
The LED flashes green during the restart delay, then glows green when the output energizes. It flashes red during the trip delay then glows red when the output de-energizes. It flashes red/green if phase reversal is sensed. If a fault is sensed during the restart delay, the LED will glow red during that portion or the full restart delay.

Watlow's immersion heaters are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, these heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient. These versatile heaters can also be formed and shaped into various geometries for radiant heating and contact surface heating applications. UL® and CSA component recognized elements are available.


Watlow Screw plug immersion heaters are ideal for direct immersion heating of liquids, including all types of oils and heat transfer solutions.
Available in a variety of sizes, Watlow® screw plug immersion heaters feature both WATROD™ round and FIREBAR® flat tubular elements.
Heating elements are hairpin bent and either welded or brazed into the screw plug —depending on element sheath and plug material compatibility.
General purpose terminal enclosures are standard; with optional moisture resistant, explosion resistant and explosion/moisture resistant enclosures available to meet specific application needs.
Optional thermostats provide convenient process temperature regulation to the screw plug immersion heater.

The Q'Mark Space Mod Unit Heater can be found just about anywhere heating enclosed spaces to keep people warm or for freeze protection.  The heaters are easy to mount on a wall or the ceiling. Ratings are from 3 kw to 50 kw in all the standard voltages.  Used in Warehouses, Garages, Sheds, Exposition Centers, Rest Rooms, Rest Stops, Factories, Tents and Trucks to name a few.

    32 compatible models (no need to try to assemble a heating system from 70 or 80 models).
    Heavy gauge die-formed steel housing. Two-toned smartly styled.
    Advanced pull-through air flow design draws air across heating element for more even air distribution and cooler element operation.
    Specially designed venturi outlet to meet that added throw as required in vertical position.

    1 or 3-phase wiring on 5 through 10kW 208/240V and 15kW 208V units (field interchangeable).

    Automatic reset linear thermal cut-out, capillary type, provides protection over entire length of element areas (Manual reset protection available on made-to-order basis).
    2-speed fan selector switch (25 to 50kW models).
    Fan delay feature eliminates cold drafts. Element heats up before fan cuts in, then fan continues to distribute heat after element shuts off.

• Individually adjustable discharge louvers to control air flow.

Unit heaters should not be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. The finish is not intended for direct salt spray exposure in marine applications or the highly corrosive atmospheres of swimming pools, chemical storage bins, etc. Do not install unit heaters above recommended maximum mounting height. Obstructions must not block unit heater air inlet or discharge. Heaters must be mounted at least 7’ above the floor to prevent accidental contact with the heating element or fan blade which could cause injury.
