CONVENIENT ADJUSTMENT: Graduated in easily read 1% increments, the 304GX provides continuous adjustment of on time between 5 and 95%.
400 Series Interval ATC Timer

The pointer is manually set to the desired time. At the instant the knob is turned from zero, the switch MS closes and load A is energized. After the set time has elapsed, the load is de-energized and the timer stops at zero.
There is a terminal connection, (terminal 4) load B, for an end of cycle light and/or audible signal. A toggle switch can be furnished as added equipment which allows setting of the time before actuating the load. This provides a means of more accurate time settings. This toggle switch (time start and signal stop) will also turn off the end of cycle signal.
APPLICATIONS: Designed to control an electrical circuit for a set time upon operation of the manual setting knob which is directly connected to the switch operating cam. To assure positive setting action, this timer does
not set through a clutch. Calibrated dial settings are available in ranges from 1 minute to 24 hours. Designed for control of any electrically operated equip-
ment or operation, such as processing machinery, plastic molding, laundry and dry cleaning machinery, electric ovens and furnaces, photographic equipment, or
wherever accurately timed control of electrical operation is critical.
Timer available in 120 volts AC only.

422AR Series ATC Timer
The ATC 422AR Flip-Flop timer are available with Repeat Cycle operations. During Repeat Cycle operation the 422AR cycle ON and OFF repeatedly, allowing periodic cycling of a load. Two knobs are available to individually adjust the ON-time and the OFF-time. The 422AR can be configured with either the relay being energized during the first timing period or de-energized during the first timing period.
The ATC 422AR have 6 selectable timing ranges available for both ON-time and OFF-time periods. The ranges are 1 and 10 SEC/MIN/HRS dip switch selectable. Having this flexibility allows for a load to be energized for a brief time over a cycle that lasts up to 10 hours. This is deal for lubrication or other maintenance functins that must occur each shift or day during a plant operation.
The ATC 422AR 1/16 DIN housing is compact, and designed for panel mounting. The timer is mounted in an 8-pin round socket. The front of the 422 AR features 2 knobs. One knob is used to set the ON-time and the other knob is used to set the OFF-time for the timer’s cycle. The ATC 422AR is universal powered by 20 to 240 VAC or 12 to 240 VDC
operation voltage.

The output of the ATC 422AR has a DPDT mechanical relay which is rated for 10 amps @ 250 VAC resistive. The 422AR can be ordered in a terminal option which is only available with 5 amp Relay output. The 422′s have individual LED indicators for ON time and OFF time. These LED’s provide a unique and effective method of cycle progress indication.

Carlo Gavazzi Solid State Relays

New Style SSR's from Carlo Gavazzi  and Anderson-Bolds ~ type RG

CARLO GAVAZZI is proud to announce our newest generation of solid state relays and contactors, the RG Series. This new range of AC and DC solid state switching devices is an ideal solution for switching resistive, slightly inductive and motor loads, thanks to the reduced size per unit – starting at only 17.5mm width, up to 85AAC (15Hp) switching, nominal ratings at 40ÂșC and high SCCR rating of 100kA.

RGS Solid State Relay: The RGS Series provides the market with the slimmest single phase SSR of its kind, with merely 17.5mm of width. Maximum output voltage is 600VAC with a current rating of 90AAC (with proper heat sink). Both the AC and DC control versions are available covering a wide range of input voltages.

RGC Solid State Contactors: This series offers an integrated heat sink solid state solution with the smallest frame size rating of 20 & 23AAC (£3Hp) in just a 17.5mm width, 30AAC/5Hp (22.5mm wide), 40AAC/7.5Hp (35mm wide) 60AAC/10Hp and 85AAC/15Hp (70mm width). Ratings are specified with a surrounding temperature of 40ÂșC with derating available up to 80ÂșC. The RGH Series distinguishes itself from the RGC Series with its higher blocking voltage of 1600Vp and high I2T values, thus making the RGH Series ideal when protection by MCBs is desired.

RGS1D/RGC1D DC Output Solid State Relays: This new series of 1-phase solid state DC relays is primarily intended for switching of strings in photovoltaic panels. The output voltage ratings cover the voltage range of 24 to 1,000VDC. The RGS1D Series is rated up to maximum rating of 25ADC (with proper heatsink), while the RGC1D Series (which is an integrated heat sink solution in a 17.5mm width) is rated up to 15ADC, with a surrounding ambient temperature of 60ÂșC.

The output power terminals on the RGSRGC and RGH Series can be specified in either a contactor configuration (type ‘E’) or in a solid state relay configuration (type ‘U’). The RG Series solid state relays and contactors are best suited for resistive, slightly inductive and motor loads. Common applications can be found in the HVAC, food and beverage, packaging, plastics, printing, glass and transportation industries. Some of the technical features include:

RGS: 25, 50, 75, 90A solid state relays, all in 17.5mm width
RGC: 20, 23, 30, 40, 60, 85A solid state contactors in 4 widths
